Beautiful mountain view, spacious rooms, and excellent buffet breakfast. Staff were helpful and friendly, despite limited English. Private onsens were a highlight, along with the variety of themes offered. Convenient shuttle service to and from the train/bus station. the gelato shop nearby was a delicious treat. communication was a challenge, as staff had difficulty understanding English requests and explaining certain charges. the dinner option was overpriced for the quality of the food.
